The Digital CB (Corporate Banking) division at TPBank is responsible for designing and optimizing digital experiences tailored to corporate clients. This includes a website application and mobile application that enable enterprise users to perform complex banking tasks such as bulk transfers, maker-checker approvals, and multi-tier authorization flows. In parallel, we also designed an admin configuration tool—an internal platform that allows bank staff to define approval hierarchies, manage user roles, and configure system behavior. As a UX/UI Designer, I contributed to improving both customer-facing interfaces and internal back-office tools, ensuring usability, scalability, and alignment with business requirements.
"I work at TPBank as an outsource, contributing to the product development process within a structured framework. Although the model is not fully matured, it still follows all essential development stages. Throughout my work, I actively collaborate with teams such as PO, BA, and DEV to discuss and determine the most effective implementation approaches.
