Hello, my name is Viet. I’m a UX/UI Designer with over 5 years of experience, specializing in digital banking. I’ve worked on key projects at TPBank (Digital CB) and Vietcombank, where I applied human-centered design to improve complex user journeys. I collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and tech teams in Agile/Scrum environments to align business goals with user needs and continuously enhance product usability and experience.
